Gil Cartwright and Curt Hodge combined years of award winning design experience in 1990 to become one of Chattanooga's most beloved design teams. Each brings an array of knowledge ranging from massive public installations, comfortable home decor, weddings for the vision of any bride, to a simple thank you bouquet. With Gil inching toward retirement, Emily Moth came on board in the fall of 2022, bringing with her experience gained by growing up in her family's Memphis floral business. Her brother wrote the point of sale program that the shop has used for years. Flowers by Gil & Curt continues to produce designs of unparalleled quality and visual appeal.

Phones are monitored 24 hours a day, including Sunday, for delivery of funeral work.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 week prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.

Our shop is located in North Chattanooga. We serve Chattanooga, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Red Bank, Hixson, Soddy Daisy, East Ridge and Ooltewah. Rossville, GA and FT. Oglethorpe, GA are also included in our Delivery area.
Elder Mountain, Apison, and Collegedale are sometimes served, but with a larger minimum purchase and higher delivery charge. Same day delivery to these areas cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery charges are based on both zip code and distance from the shop.
Flowers by Gil and Curt offer a full line of services. The show room is stocked with giftware and home decor in a variety of styles and prices. Consignment antiques add an additional layer of appeal to the warm and inviting atmosphere. We can help plan your perfect wedding or corporate event using our premium line of linens, gift baskets, and fountain of ideas to make your event more than special. We appreciate our guests, and look forward to working with you.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Only funeral deliveries are made on Sunday. Regular deliveries requested on this day will be delivered on the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
